6.5-Inch Ultra Sharp Hardened Steel Blade DSR-1K6 is perfect for cutting and chopping. Mid tang blade for extra strength. Polished wood handle and sheath.
DSR-1K6. A Japanese high-chromium stainless steel. It provides great wear, toughness and corrosion resistance. It has the ability to take a razor-sharp edge. Kai's heat treatment brings out the best qualities in this steel. 1K6 is found in the Wasabi-Sushi knife series.
The Stainless Steel blade that is made and used by Nisaku is recognized as one of the best in the industry. The Blade and handle are very easy to maintain clean. Use water and keep the tool dry.
